Alright, let's see how many of you inject slowly and how many of you dart it in.

Always inject slowly!!! Once you pass the skin it is all good anyway, I inj. slowly just to make sure I do it correctly & don't hit anything painful!!!!

i break through the skin very slowly inject slowly also i use 25g needles so i dont even feel it

in the beginning i would JAB myself, then inject fast as poss.. but as i got smarter, slowly stick in skin, less pain, more accurate. and inject at a constant rate. not too slow not too fast.
