Pickle, I don't know how good my stir fry's are (My kids love em) but i keep it pretty simple. I either use chicken or filet mignon, I cut up broccoli, onions, mushrooms and sometime asparagus. I usually fry it up in some olive oil or sesame oil, throw in some garlic, ginger and low sodium soy sauce. I usually cook the meat first put it aside then throw it in at the last minute when the vegetables are cooked. Otherwise the shit gets too chewy.
