I am 5'11 192 been training for 5 years I have always been real cut my whole life. I have never cycled and barely ever took any creatine except now I take NO explode. MY question is recently within the last half year I noticed it looks like I have a gut from the side view. I used to drink a good amount of beer, but I have cut back. I eat pretty good, I just don't know what it is. I still have a good 6 pack but later during the day it seems like it is bloated or what not.
Any advice, tips, or anything that you can think of.
When I weight lift I never weight lift abs because I heard that will make your abs grow and be more circular. I want mine to be flattened back to where they used to be. I usually do abs about five times a week. Mainly a decline sit up on a machine where your head is almost touching the ground.
