I gained 15 lbs my first 3 weeks and in week 4 I didn't gain jack. Diet been the same 4-5 meals with 3 shakes I been eatting chicken,steak,eggs,rice,potatos all the good stuff and still I can't get past that 15 lbs I gainned I hear you have to eat past t. I'm in week 4 going on week 5 and I'm feeling my strengths but weight isn't going up grrrrr! Help me out? I know I shouldn't up my dose cause it's food right? But I'm eatting and still I'm not growing maybe it's time to switch up workouts? I like to stick with the normal stuff dealift,pullups,close pull downs wide pull downs, rows example for back. Milatary press, Arnolds, Upright Rows, and I will switch my 4 exerise with something I didn't do the week before...Anyway help me out! thanks

pineapple said:Why do you think you can keep gaining an infinite amount of muscle as long as you keep adding the calories? And everyone else here who responded thinks the same? If that was true, I'd be 300lbs. You can only gain so much at a time. The gains will slow to a slow halt as your progress.
