Stopped Growing...Up dose?

15lbs in 3 weeks is pretty good, holding any water? lets see the diet, ofcourse switching up routines is a good thing but personally i don't like tweaking it during cycle, up the intesity yes tho

if diets in check i say wait the week out and see how she goes
 
Like you already mentioned, diet is going to be the first thing to look at. My other comment would be, maybe next time switch up your gear. If you keep using Tren and cant get past a certain point, next time run Deca/Test Prop w/dbol kick start or NPP/Sust... etc. Just my 0.02

Try switching up your routine, new exercises, and the order of them. Add a few REALLY heavy, low rep sets in your workout.

What type of test are you on? If its enanthate i usually need to wait till week 4-5 to see something besides water.

IMHO, i hate to argue with these guys because they obviously know their shit, but i've tried the whole eat big grow big thing, and for ME all that happened was i got fat :( . Not to say that I don't eat alot of calories when on cycle, but when my gains stop, adding food just really doesn't work for me and its time to end the cycle.

Why do you think you can keep gaining an infinite amount of muscle as long as you keep adding the calories? And everyone else here who responded thinks the same? If that was true, I'd be 300lbs. You can only gain so much at a time. The gains will slow to a slow halt as your progress.
 
increase the amount of reps or weight and try changing up your workout plus like they said diet
 
you don't necessarily have to up dose or take in more food.
Those will help and all, but shocking the body is what makes it grow.

Change your routine up. Throw in different workouts, ones that are new etc..
 
u could be losing bf too. so maybe u put on 15 pounds in 3 weeks, alot of that being water of course, a nd maybe in the fourth week u started to drop so bf while keeping the same weight. i never look at the scale till its all over. u can tell by looking in the mirror. scales make u think that ur weight will allways go up, and that shit can mess with ur head. more food, train harder, maybe switch all moves to dumbells, and lots of sleep. the changes will come

If you are trying to bulk in which its obvious you are given your choice of eating and anabolics. You maybe moderate your test with prop while on a longer ester and above all things make sure you are not working out everyday of the week. It is true that you will get to a point that you can't gain more but with time. After all everyone knows that anabolic usage is quick way to gain, you must remember that your body will not grow as fast as your mind would like it to. Like jay said you should try another substance of choice beside sticking to the same shit. Your body needs to break down androgens consistantly to gain more rapidly and there is no way of doing this without changing the process in which these compounds are broken down. Unless you want to do the same stuff for half of your life.
 
You gain a lot at first because of water retention, enhanced creatine storage, and eating more (its in your GI tract but it still adds weight). If you want to keep growing you have to add more food. calories are ALWAYS the limiting factor. Pinapple is wrong , if you want to be 300lbs you can be but you will also get FAT. The energy you take in as food must be dealt with, if there is a surplus it will be stored as fat and glycogen as well as increasing your muscle mass.
my advice is to add weight slowly but if youre naturally extremely lean and skinny then by all means use the See Food diet.
