Straight Set

This Is the most common method of training,and arguably the most result producing,This is not to say that other methods are not useful.the truth Is that the body needs a variety of stimulation to keep it reacting to training. "the muscles have to be surprised," says Arnold Schwarznegger. "They get used to a particular system and then your growth cycle stops. keep changing around your sets,reps,and basic training procedures."
Straight sets is the performing of one set of,for the sake of argument,bench presses. you perform your set of 8-12 reps,rest for a minute or two and perform your second set.after another minute or two rest,you take a third set,and so on.
Once you're into bodybuilding,you should be working with 3-5 sets of each exercise,although there are a few diehards who refuse to perform more than one or two sets of an exercise,making up the lack of time spent by dramatically increasing intensity levels. this heavy duty training gets initial results but is not practical for extended periods of time.Heavy duty training goes hand in hand with heavy duty burnout.
