Strength Increases Abound! Working out in week 4

Current 12 week cycle/stack
900mg Sustanon 300 taken 300mg 3 x wk (AndroMed Labs)
200mg Tren E 1 x wk (AndroMed Labs)
200mg Deca 1 x wk (AndroMed Labs)
Adex .5mg e2d (Medistar)
Caber .25mg e3d (MP Research)
Clomid and Novladex with Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) for PCT (Medistar)

Draw Pin: 1 1/2" 18g
Inj Pin: 1" 25g for thigh, 1 1/2" 25g for glute

I am now half way through week 4 (Blood Tests at the end of the week....I am looking forward to seeing the results on paper). What I AM seeing though, are results in the gym. For those who have read some of my posts in the past, you may know that I am a BIG believer in 5x5 Workouts (5 Sets of 5 Reps..or as close to it as you can get..at 90-95% of your 1 rep max). All along I have been seeing steady gains, but today, I noticed some substantial increases in Standing Military Shoulder Press. I know that some of these weights will not sound like a lot to some of you monsters on here, but for me, at 45 years old, with a bad back, and an old rotator cuff injury/bad shoulder: This is VERY pleasing to me!

I used to be old-school and just wing it in the gym. Throw some plates on the bars, and see where I stopped. Sometimes I would hit the same weight as the workout before, and sometimes I wouldn't. Just prior to starting this cycle, I decided to document EVERYTHING: Exercise, Weight, and Reps, so I would have a progressive history of my cycle.

In the 4 weeks since I have started this cycle I have, among other things:

1. Increased my Flat Bench Press workout weight from 5 sets of 5 with 360 lbs, to 5 sets of 5 with 420lbs. Now, admittedly, I did not get a full 5 reps on the last 2 sets, but I managed 4 of set 4, and 3 on set 5....

2. Increased my Standing Military Shoulder Press from 5 sets of 5 with 145lbs, to 5 full sets of 5 reps with 185lbs....

3. Increased Tricep French Curls (Skull Crushers) from 5 sets of 5 with 85lbs, to 5 sets of 5 with 105lbs...AFTER doing 5 sets of 10 "warm ups" @ 210lbs with the V-Bar Cable Tricep pushdown

4. Increased Bicep EZ Curls from 5 sets of 5 reps with 85lbs (I had some tendonitis in my left elbow, which slowed me down a bit) to 5 sets of 5 with 105lbs AFTER 3 sets of 15 "warm ups" on the preacher bench with 75lbs

When I work out...I work out..or at least I TRY my damnedest. Unlike a lot of the guys at the gym, when I leave, I am almost ALWAYS drenched in sweat....never cheat yourself.....

Overall Sides: I initially started with .25mg of Adex e2d, but I found that it was unable to keep up with the aromatization of the extra test, and I ended up with some water retention and bloating in the lower legs. BP went up, acne sprouted, and I felt like I was "tight". Increased Adex to .5mg e2d, and water retention and other sides were eliminated/reduced. Slight insomnia from the Tren E, and am combating that with Allernix/Sleep-Eze. Charlie Horse like pain at the inj sites for a couple of days, but that goes away with a little exercise, and a hot bath in the jacuzzi :) Night Sweats from the Test & Tren: Nothing to be done about that other than changing t-shirts a couple of times through the night. Lethargy started around the end of week 2, but that was just before I started Caber. within days, the lethargy was gone, and I feel great!

These are just a few of my gains (and sides that I've experienced so far, and I have to say that I am VERY pleased. So far, so good. I HOPE that any of the young lads out there that are considering AAS and read this have realized that you DO need Aromatase inhibitor (AI), and you DO need an anti-Prolactin when running a 19nor. I'm not braggin by any stretch. Like I said: Some of these gains will seem like childern's weights to some of the monters on here.....but for this old fart, I'm startin to feel pretty good about myself again....and right now, I would put myself up against all but a VERY select few of the youngsters "strutting around" the Gym...
 
why are you doing 2 19 nors and such low doses ? =/

I went into that whole story in a previous thread about a month ago (or maybe more)...the long & the short of it is that I am trying to leverage the synergy created by the combination of the Tren & Deca together. The principle is actually covered in relative depth in William Llewellyn's book "ANABOLICS". He is arguably the leading authority on AAS on the planet, and uses research papers and case studies to deduce his findings. Of course, this was only 1 of many sources that I used, but that gives you the general reasons behind it. As for the dosages....as you say, relatively low: well, this IS 2 19nors being run at the same time. Yes, they are different compounds, but together, they equal up to 400mg/wk of 19nor compounds....as well, the whole concept of synergy is that the effects are actually greater than the sum of the 2. I am leveraging the benefits of both in order to have a greater result.

That's a pretty layman's way of explaining it...but that is the essential background..
 
Damn... if you were doing 360 x 5 on the bench BEFORE AAS then colour me impressed. I'd be happy just to push that once lol!

420 x 5 is just crazy. Surprised that your military press isn't higher TBH! Good stuff!
