Strecht marks are better off prevented than trying to get rid of them after the fact. Streatch marks are scars and therefor will not go away although Vit E and cocoa butter can help to fade them. I find that tanning also helps cover them up
Buy a coco butter cream and lather it on 2-3 times a day where your stretch marks are and where you could possibly develop more of them (biceps, shoulders, pecs)
And also apply a coco butter oil before you workout and after your workout to keep the skin saturated
