other than when playing f ball years ago I never really got into stretching..so what I was wondering is how much stretching you guys are doing, are you doing them during workouts or before and if you had to chose say 6 stretches to do what ones would they be......
Look up Joe Defranco's elite 8 I believe its called. He has a really good dynamic warm up that has really helped me get loose and be able to hit big numbers in the gym, I save my static stretching for post workout now.
