Stupid Protein Question...

they say you should take 1.5grams ( or more thats not the debate here) of protein per pound of lean body mass... so does that mean if your 200 pounds with 10 percent fat you should only take 270 grams of protein (180x1.5) or is it total weight?
 
then i've been taking in wayy to much protein...no wonder i shit 3 times a day at the very least...

No shitting is good man. I am the same way. I eat alot more than I should. It aosl depends on how active you are etc.
