stupid question

It depends how much water you mix it with. If you mix it with 1mL of water, then it will be 5,000 IU/mL. If you mix it with 10mL of water, then it will be 500 IU/mL.

everything no matter what it is depends on how much water you mix it with. Also when you put it in a slin pin the IU's on the slin pin do not matter as you have to do the math and figure out how much an IU it would be depending on what slin pin you bought. Eg 1 CC 1/2CC slin pin

whats weird is that the hcg i have came with a vial that says 5000iu on it, and also came with the amp of water wich is a 2ml amp. So going by what mrank told me my hcg is 2500iu/ml so why would they just not put 2500iu on the vial, they know that your going to use the 2ml amp of water they give you? or is the math already done, and by using the amp that they give you it is 5000 iu/ml just like it says on the vial?

That's a very important point you bring up.

Since jayboy's hCG will be 2,500 IU/mL, then 100 IU on a U-100 insulin pin is 2,500 IU of hCG. 20 IU on U-100 insulin pin would be 500 IU of hCG.

on the bottle it just says 500o IU, I am pretty sure it will not say per any ml. If you mix 1 ml or 10 ml of water with it, it will still be 5000 IU's of hcg. If you were taking it in 1 shot it would not matter, but since you only want to take 500 IU, you have to figure out the math for both the concentration per ML and how many IU's on the slin pin it would be.

Mr Ranks math above is correct if you use the 2 mls of water that came with it.
