Sucsessful weight loss...

I went on HCG and lost 50 lbs.. it was a 500 calorie day diet. I was wondering what foods I should eat and not eat and how to Continue to Lose weight and Bulk up with diet and Exercise. I currently weigh 270. My goal is to get in shape and weigh around 220 - 240 and have muscle through diet exercise and if I ever can some type of AAS or Alernative. Any Advice? to help get me started. Ive been off the diet for some time now and have kept the weight off.
 
My LBM is at 164 lbs and bf is dissapointing at 40% and my water is at a good and stable .36-.37 and Metabolic rate is at 2000/day. Last time I received a Chart.
 
I need to find a way to Increase muscle and Lower bf by 1/2 atleast maybe even more.


my Segmental Lean Development was around.

10lbs left arm
10 lbs right arm
74lbs trunk
26 lbs left leg
26 lbs right leg

i dont know if thats good.. but I hit the gym alot and just need to work on my diet... seriously
