Sufficient diet for cutting?

6'4", 205lbs, 15% bf or so.

My old diet for bulking (somewhat dirty bulk) was...
3900 calories, 262g protein, 413g carbs, 137g fat.

That is what my diet ended at, it started around 3200/day and over the course of about 5/6 months it got up to approx 3900 with adding calories due to not much weight gain. I realize I gained weight way too fast, about 33lbs in 6 months, so needless to say, I have a bit of weight I would like to cut quickly for summer.

Am currently running sust250 525mg/week dosing .6ml EOD
Have clomid/nolva for PCT

Have been cutting for about 3 weeks, in the first week I was down around 8lbs , glucogen/water depletion, the following 2 weeks I have only lost about 1 lb, but am looking a little leaner. I have been around 2600 cals, 275 protein, 30g carbs, 150g fat

I would like to go to this now, as I havent lost any strength in the past 3 weeks, would I be okay doing so for more fat loss?

As long as your gym performance is maintained, dont worry about muscle loss.
Personally, id reduce your fat intake dramatically - take some efa's instead. Then see your results and go 10% lower on cals or just double up your cardio.

looks like your going keto.. and your cutting your caloires too low.. whats cardio been at?
