Alright I'm sorry, but you should have known. To be honest I've actually wondered the same thing cause I eat it sometimes for a flavored snack. It seems pretty harmless to me but I'm not sure.
The only thing about the Jello is that it has Aspartame in it, which many low-carbers claim slows down their weight-loss. Wish they offered the sugar free Jello made with sucralose (Splenda) instead.
I use Cherry sugar free jello & mix with Choclate & vanilla PROTIEN MEAL REPLCEMENT powders!
Tastes like choclate Cherry cheezecake or Take a vanilla shake & mix cherry Sugar free and freeze for 90 min...Sweet cherry treat!!!
