Sugar

I wouldnt think youd be allowed any sugars on a cutting diet,maybe after a workout some simple carbs/sugar but I personally wouldnt,I only have sugar maybe once a week on my cheat meal and thats a big MAYBE,what sort of sugars are you thinking?

Only post workout like ST said. Sugar is evil...
 
When I cut I do not eat sugar - like at all. BUT if you really want then I'm with the others and say only after you train ... but that's it
