Sunken Small Chest?

I see posts, pics, and work with people that complain (rightly so) that their chest is sunken. Analyzing these people more often than not their pecs are VERY tight, and pull so much their backs end up somewhat concave. The solution? Extreme stretching! At the END of your chest workout on the last set, when you have a good pump (if your last set is a low rep set or rest periods are long do a high rep finisher then immediately do an extreme stretch like so:

Chest: Take a pair of dumbbells and with a chest full of air lower them into the position that is kind of a cross between the bottom of a dumbbell press and a fly. Hold for 60 seconds.

This will likely do WAY more to help it than you would ever imagine. And QUIT over-working it. That is likely NOT the answer.

I do this only now and than and I have found they made a large difference.

You have no idea how beneficial extreme stretching is until you actually do it.

Don't limit extreme strethcing just to chest either. Every muscle can benefit from it.

I second that - just gotta be careful. I overstretched my achilles and couldn't walk for a few days - that was after my doc said, "Don't worry, it's really hard to overstretch the achilles tendon."

iron addicts post last week with extreme stretching for each muscle can help everyone out real well if u just follow that.

A 30-60 second stretch at the end of a workout doenst bother me if it will help me out,,,especially these damn small calves.lol
