I guess I'm gonna have to write this all over again.its not letting copy and pace. I wrote on another forum, but they made fun of me. I'll try to keep it brief.
Age 36 current weight 212 body fat 25% estimate
Current supplements. 25mgSuperdeol at 25 a day divided into two doses(been two weeks got one more week left) , testosterone ethanate 500mg on Wednesday and Saturday (Saturday usually a rest day, Wednesday ussually shoulders or arms or rest day) , 4000 calories a day . 200grams of protein or more 400 slow and quick release carbs(mainly around workouts), water 2 gallons a day with electrolytes packages. Protein gainer shake with 1200 calories, 50 grams of protein and over 200 carbs. 5gs of creatine.
Prescribed Adderall, which makes it harder to get 4000 calories even when I'm drinking half of them?????(But I need it for focus for work, depression, motivation)
Workout schedule
1. Chest, triceps, lateral raises for Delts
2. Legs, calves
3. Back, lats, biceps
4. Shoulders, traps, delts,
5. Legs, calves
6. Arms and lateral raises
7. Rest
I'm working legs twice a week because I've never worked them out before (basically) is this wise to catch them up?
I'm working lateral raises 3 times a week to widen my shoulders and look better in a shirt. They seem to be recovering done. Is this too much?
My body composition is changing rapidly with this superdrol and I'm already up 6pounds according to the scale I got access too. Will I keep these gains beings I'm taking 500mg of test? (Taken test dozens of times and now never had any issues) Arimidex is on hand if needed
Let's be real. I had am accident where I broke 11 ribs, collapsed a lung and was on life support for 4 days. Hospital for a month. Not able to walk for 6 months. Then the depression and drug addiction kicked in and I haven't worked out in two years.(Even though I've been running test, for bedroom stuff)il
I gave up drugs and alcohol January first and have been working out and dieting like this for about 3 weeks now. I really miss the feeling of working out and dieting and it's really keeping my mind on the right path in my recovery. I feel better than I have in years being clean and bulking.
Where are areas that need improvement or changes? Aside from me being fat, because I'm trying to bulk right now and out on more muscle(I can lose fat later much easier than gaining muscle) please be nice and respectful as I am trying to be to you.
The picture is me 3 days into superdrol. I will give an updates photo on 7 days when the superdrol is done.
Thanks for your time and help
