superdrol timing

i know i've read that you should take your first dose of superdrol in the am on an empty stomach...how long after ingestion of the pills can you eat? and it said with the second dose you should eat it with good fats such as flax oil peanut butter and so forth... one other thing i was wondering because of the short half life is when i go up to 40 mg's a day should i take 20 mg's in the morning and then 10 at 2 and 10 before i go to bed?

Space the out as evenly as possible. The sides are crazy some keep the milk thistle high, drink a lot water. Id even take hawthrone berry and garlic a long with it.
