Supplement timing and amounts

I have a some supplements that have and would like to use up but I don't really know the doses or when I should be taking them. I'm not expecting them to do much but I want to do them anyways.
The ones I don't know how to do properly are creatine, glutamine, and N0K2.
 
Creatine is taken at morning and with PWO shake (5 gr each). Glutamine you can take with PWO.
(PWO= post workout)

Do you bother with preloading creatine?
