Supplements after cycle? Creatine advice?

Are there any "must have" supplements to use after a cycle to help keep your gains and maybe your strength up a bit? I am on a 12 week dbol/test400 cycle. Only thing I am currently using is a whey protein powder of course, multi, and fish oil.

I know one other thing that might be good to add is creatine but it really messes with my stomach, ive tried straight creapure and others as well. i was considering trying Kre Alkalyn, I have heard it is not as bad on the stomach if mono messes with you. Have any of you had stomach problems with mono but liked Kre Alkalyn? if so how where the results? i do not want to waste my money if its not worth it, ive done enough of that in the past and will not do it anymore.

I have told myself other then a good protein powder, multi and fish oil I am done wasting money on natural supplements but just looking for some opinions on this.
 
Creatine is a staple for most, it's proven to help athletic performance. I don't use it on cycle, only in post cycle therapy (pct) and while off.
 
need to build muscles bridge product and/or need to build muscles gear product are great aids after your cycle to help hold onto your gains.Gear is a favorite of mine I've used with success in keeping gains together .
 
I would rec the BCAA power chews for on the run snack to keep from going to catabolic and also pre-during-post WO is nice. also need to build muscles bridge would help with recovery.

your not running the dbol for 12 weeks are you?
 
Id try using creatine with food as someone else already suggested. Ive been looking into keeping nitrogen balance in my favor after a cycle, by using Phyto Testosterone.

You could certainly give the Kre-alkalyn a shot. Have you tried any forms of creatine other than monohydrate?

no i am running the dbol for 4 weeks.

what brand are the bcaa chews you are talking about?

so have any of u tried kre alkalyn without stomach issues? ive tried a few different monos and different doses and it always seems to mess with me
