Surprised at todays result

Are you set on trt? You are not eating a testosterone friendly diet. How long have you been working out twice a week for. You need to get more bloods. Your estrogen is still high. Doctors want to take your money and keep you dependent on their drugs. I like drugs I don't like being dependent. After you fix your estrogen I will give you paypal so you can send me some of that money I saved you lol

He doesn't pay out of pocket when seeing the docs in Canada...

Thanks and to that I say switch doctor to personal trainer because he is also being shafted by him.
I assume he has to pay his personal trainer out of pocket

I assume you were talking about the paypal because I am assuming Canadian doctors still get payed per patient even if it is not out of pocket. A Canadian told me you pay a lot higher taxes so the money comes from somewher

Guy's Thanks for all the advice-

I did pay out of pocket as anything Testosterone related outside of the regular MD who don't like to prescribe seems to fall under anti-aging, etc. I went to a Naturopathic Doctor to get my blood work done. They don't seem to fall under Doctor at all up here so I paid the $440 for the initial and bloods. She thinks I need a Test boost and wants to prescribe BHRT but she would need a medical Doctor to sign off. She thinks she knows one and has made me an appointment for next week. As mentioned in the first post, I jumped the gun and went to one of the Mens clinics who advertise that they specialize in Andropause and ED. He charged $339 for the initial and wanted me to leave with Cialis- I don't have a ED problem- it works fine when I have the energy to use it.
I was working out with a Personal trainer from the box gym and recently moved over to a private ex-marine with his own space.

Therealkozmo- I didn't want to offend you with questions but, when an expert jumps in, I feel there's a lot to be gained from asking.

Again, Thanks to all who have replied, I put the post up as I see a lot of people looking for Toronto Doctors and just wanted to give a buyer beware but I have gleaned some great info from you guy's and will be asking for the correct blood work when I see the Doc on Wednesday.

So we've established your Testosterone is low, now we need to figure out why.

Sleep apnea could be a possibility if you haven't tested for it.
As fat as thyroid labs are concerned can you post them so we csn see if you got a complete panel. TSH is not a good indicator of thyroid function.

Your Vitamin D is low. Increasing this hu supplementing 5-10k a day will get this up which will increase your free T.
Your diet seems to be lacking protein as well.

Have you had an MRI?

As soon as I have been back to the Doc this week, I will post the results.

Never had an MRI- If your thinking head injuries, I played Rugby most of my life...

I am not an expert I just play one on TV.

I have been known to get mad when I have low t.

Can you find an independent lab for blood testing so you don't get raped by the docs anymore.

My money is on you having estrogen issue.
I said I would comment on your diet so I will say leave the lettuce for your rabbits. Your diet and training still need tweaking. I am almost 30, have been working out for 15 years and still don't know what I am doing lol. Look it's like this THERE IS NO CORRECT THERE IS ONLY EFFECTIVE and that's my expert opinion

I will say be strong. Use your mind to push past low t symptoms so you can find the best remedy.
