sushi?

depends on how hard you are dieting. stay away from cream cheese based and fried obviously. if you are dieting hard, stay away from sushi.
 
Sushi is a good thing for sure but if you are contest dieting you may not want it during the last few weeks.

There are many different types of sushi....if you are worried about weight gain eat the cleanest ones.

I don`t know the names though....there is too many to recall.
 
Almond mango lobster, Spicy tuna ...I could eat sushi 3 times a day.
i'm like an addict w/ sushi, im w/ you on eating it 3 x a day! Unagi is one of my favorite but not the best for you...there's a all you can eat sushi place about 30min from here, the owner sighs when they see me comin, he knows i get my $17.95 worth,lol
