Sustanon 250 & EQ PCT advice.
Hello all! I’ve been lurking this & a few other sites for a number of years… But, this is my first thread… Long story short – 37yrs old, 5’10”, 215lbs, 12%BF (was 50% lol). Dabbled in the gear quite a bit in my 20’s, had a life threatening motorcycle wreck at 29, couldn’t lift without severe pain for 5 years, been back in the gym for 2 years now and PAIN FREE – well bad pain anyhow!
I’ve been on 5iu/ED HGH (2.5iu am/pm shots) since March 1st & planning on doing it for 6+ months depending on how things go.
I’m currently on week 7 of a 14 week sustanon 250 & EQ cycle. I started with 1 x 500mg sust & 300mg EQ shot every week (recommendation from my guy) but on week 4 I bloated up like a boiled sausage – probly gained 10lbs of water in a few days. At which time I saw my titties giggling more than the required amount, had a knee jerk reaction & started on 12.5mg of nolvadex ED. Then after a little research (on this site), I realized my gear dosing was all wrong & switched to 250mg sustanon & 150mg EQ, E3D.
Within 2 shots, the bloat was gone & I stopped taking nolva. I believe my blood levels got out of wack due to the longer dosing interval.
On weeks 5-6 I noticed significant shrinkage in the plum department plus a loss of sex drive. Once again I turned here for advice & read a ton about HCG. So I got 2x5000iu vials & mixed 1 with 5ml bacteriostatic h20. Pinned 500iu/day for 2 days & then started 250iu E3D (day before sust & EQ shot). This Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) vial will last for 1 week after last sust & EQ shot. Then the last vial for the 10 day @ 500iu ED blast ending 4 days prior to post cycle therapy (pct). Oh, 1 more thing. I started 12.5mg Aromasin ED when I started HCG. My boys came back with a vengeance & I feel superb! Currently no bloat, mood swings or any other sides.
I’d love to have some advice on what kind of doses to run with the Aromasin, Clomid & Nolvadex PCT i'm planning. Please keep in mind I’ll still be on 5iu HGH ED throughout PCT & I plan on starting PCT 21 days after last oil pin.
Any info will help.
