I recently got Sustanon 250 and I am looking for advice on how much I should take and how often - I've been reading a ton of conflicting information so I'm not sure what I should do or believe. I've done a cycle of sus before with limited results - maybe because the product I got wasn't good or I did it wrong.
I also would love some feedback on what and how I should stack it.
I've been working out since I was a teenager and I'm now 35, 6'4 and 250. Just looking to put on some more muscle and would like to lean up.
