Sustanon heart rate ? Help me

Heartr

New member
Im on cycle with sustanon. My resting heart rate was 60 before cycle. Now it is 75. Injection days, it is 90 !

Why? Is this prop ester? I also feel sick on sustanon.

Are u taking an Ai to control water retention ? How used to monitoring your resting heart rate are you ? Your supposed to take resting heart rate the moment u wake up ... other things along the day can "excite" you to a point it can change all over the place . I doubt the wake up and pin the moment u wake up and see ur heart rate is 90 . And if u do it would just be the "excitement " of that that raises it . check it first thing in the morning for most accurate readings and make sure u are managing estrogen . but your BP is good .

Hi. Thanks for answer. I dont take ai but i dont think estradiol is the cause because my dose is low. 250 mg per week. My bp is good but my heart rate is 75 i checked in the morning. Injection days it is 90 sometimes.

I also feel sick on sustanon. Why?

I don't know too much about AAS... but is it possible you have increased your fluid intake a ton? Possibly have flushed your electrolytes? This happened to me the first time I tried test and basically I was paranoid and drank to much water. Just curious if you have raised fluid intake.

OP your BP is good as you know so no problem really. You seem to be quite excited and that might be what is going on. A bit of anxiety ya think

In past, same thing happened. sustanon increased my heart rate but my bp was good. What about your heart rate on test only cycle ? It increases?

for one 75 bpm is nothing to worry about, , did it increase from before, sure but its not an increase to a high or concerning level.
my resting heart beat is normally about 75 , but when I'm on a cycle it will get up as high as 95 especially if I'm bulking and training a ton.. it is pretty common.

are you gaining weight and bulking while on this cycle? the increase in food intake, body mass, water retention, glycogen stores etc etc. in you body is going to make your heart work harder , UNTIL your body adapts and gets used to the new muscle volume and mass.

Everything is same. No food changes or anything. My heart rate is always 60-62. But when i use sustanon it increase 72-75, sometimes 85-90.

When u say on injection days it rises ... u mean after u inject ? and if so how long after injection are u checking ur heart rate ? Just the fact and idea of injecting can cause heart rate to rise . I realy dont think its an issue . If it is after the injection your heart rate rises ... id suggest to check it before ... if its normal before , then u know it has somethign to do with the injection , which id then advise to check it say an hour after injection ... if it drops back down to normal ... then u know its just the "hype , anxiety , excitement" of the injection doing it . Is this your first cycle ... this could explain alot

if everything is the same ,, including food intake, training, diet, and your current body weight . why are you taking Sustanon , what for ?

Mine goes up and down also most of the time 120/65 pulse 67 but depending on stress or caffeine intake it will go up like yesterday a ton of stress bp was 140/80 pulse 99 went back to normal in about a hr or so

usually some sort of change is accompanied with AAS use, being that is the point in using AAS

Your BP is perfect

I think your heart rate can be emotional. Fun fact: When me and my gf would have a heated argument, my heart rate would be 85(compared to 65-72) for at least 2 days straight. Like 2 days after argument was over(if it was intense enough).

speaking of 'emotional',, maybe OP is not taking an AI with his sustanon, elevated estrogen levels can make you have anxiety (and thus high heart rate) as well as feeling sick like he says he feels.

go get your Estrogen levels checked

I stopped the cycle. I'll explain why. my injections are eod because of prop ester in sust. Today before my shot so 48 hours after last shot, i checked bpm and it was 60 like pre cycle! (Prop ester kick out i think) i inject sustanon and 30 minutes later my heart rate was 73! Now it is 80. It is not anxiety or placebo. It happened in past. So i stopped fucking sustanon. Fucckkkk... it was legit pharmacy gear and i only use pharmacy drugs. So steroids are over for me. Because of fucking prop ester !

increased heart rate and increased blood pressure (as well as increased muscle mass) is simply part of running gear , you should of known that before jumping on it.

No. One shot doesnt do that ! After first shot my bpm increased

Get a grip. Who cares if your bpm is elevated. It's not at a dangerous level.

Edit: never ever consider taking Tren

Wise decision. It's sometimes best to realize that some of us just cannot tolerate the effects of AAS as well as the preparation/maintenance and homework involved.

Hopefully your heart rate issue is a thing of the past. :)
