Sustanon & Test C Together - First Cycle

I am wondering if it's bad to run Sustanon 250 & Test C 200 together. I understand that suggestion for first Cycle would be Test only, but these are both Test.

I am 3.5 weeks into my first cycle. I was on TRT with Testim Gel. My Doctor on my requests switched me to Test C 200mg. While waiting for Insurance to approve the change, I ordered Testosterone to add to the 200mg RX, what I got was Sustanon 250. I started my cycle with this. I split the injection Sunday Morning/Wednesday Night half of each for 450mg a week.

I am 51 Years Old, 6'1" weighed 208 at start 3.5 weeks ago, today I weigh 215.
I am not sure if I actually have gains in that short time, I feel I do and I'm aware some will be water.
I actually feel really good and plan to get more blood work at the 4 week mark.

I also have on hand, just recieved ADEX and I have Novla for PCT, I was on TRT, but at the end of cycle I want to PCT. Just before I started, all my blood work was good, to my surprise my Test level was 962 even being OFF Testim for 3 weeks.

So, My 2 Questions:
- Is there any issue Running Sustanon and Test C together?
- Should I just keep ADEX on hand or should I start now in my cycle?

I appreciate any advice you can give me. I might add that I have since received TEST E and another Sustanon that I will save for a second cycle, unless I should switch it up now to run all the same gear.

I hope you can understand what I wrote, New to this site.

Thanks, Mike

I forgot to Mention, My Sustanon 250 is a variation Sustanen 250.

Anybody have any insight to this? and each esther is different mg then Sustanon.
Supplier is a trusted source with a few friends of mine who stand by him, but
on a first cycle, trying to figure half life is more difficult, I can go by others example.

Test is test. Only difference is the esters. Sust can be a pain in the ass to use due to all the different esters. All that does is cause your test levels to go up and down like a roller coaster. That could also cause sides due to the fluctuations of hormones. Most will say to pin sust every other day to keep stable blood levels. As far as using adex, if you gained that much weight in that time frame, most likely you are holding water which is one side from having elevated e2. I would suggest using the adex at a low dose. Try .25mgs every other day. Get blood work in a couple weeks and see if it needs adjusted.

To try and pct after being on doc prescribed trt at your age will most likely fail. Your prescribed trt for a reason. Your body isn't producing adequate test for you to function. You would most likely be better off returning to your trt dose. If your doc has blood work scheduled while your taking extra test injections, that could get you thrown out for abusing drugs basically. You don't want the trt doc testing you while on a blast. Red flags will be flying. Not a time to be honest with the doc either. You can get private blood work done on your own. There are links in the ology faq's thread that might better help you out...

Thanks Tbonexl,
I am pinning Sust Sun/Wed along with Test C. I am am 3.5 weeks in.
Wouldn't the Test C help stabilize ups and downs or a least thier intensity?

I will not be tested by my TRT doc while on Cycle, I have been given a private lab to use. I think I want to get blood work before going on ADEX to make sure there is a Need for it. I just want to make sure I select the correct tests to have run.

The reason I want to PCT after Cycle is that I was on TRT for 5-6 years, low dose TESTIM Gel. I started TRT when my T Level was around 450. I stopped TRT on my own weeks before Doctor Appt for changing my TRT to Test-C, I wanted to have a LOW T-Level to be sure he changed me to Test-C. After 3-4 weeks with NO TRT my bloodwork showed all levels were great and my T Level came back at 962, I figured this was my own production since I was off of TRT. The Doctor didn't question because I often had great levels while on TRT.

What also makes me take pause is I can't find my Sustanon variation anywhere on any threads. It's SUSTANEN with 5 esthers at 50mg each. It's already difficult to calculate half lifes with examples on Sustanon at it's known 4 esther and thier %
This is why I actually considered switching to 500mb Test-C\Test-E and taking Sustanen out of the equation. Any Thought on that?

Thanks....

Yea I do not change my view about pct. If you tested at 968 or whatever, your doc wouldn't have you on trt plain and simple. Being on trt for 5-6 years definitely did not improve your natty test production. Pct would definitely be out of the question. As I also said about sust, pinning it only twice a week most likely will cause blood levels to fluctuate. I would discontinue use if you have access to test e or test c. As far as the ai goes, get bloodwork and see where your at. Most likely you'll need to run it and will have to get more bloodwork done to dial it in which takes time.

I agree with pinning sustain EOD.

I appreciate your advice amd opinions.
I assure you last month my T level was 962. My Labs are attached.
I found it strange as well, I figured TESTIM only stayed in the body for a few days, but I was off TESTIM for over 3 weeks before this Bloodwork. The Doc assumed I was still taking TESTIM and was happy with the number, but still switched my to Test-C on my requests. Now I will have to investigate more as to PCT or Not. You say it should be Out of the Question, I am curious as to why?View attachment 563798

I assure you that's an average number for trt. If you try and pct, you'll most likely tank your test levels and lose all your gains. If you were in your 20's it may be worth trying. Even then being on trt for 5-6 years probably wouldn't result in a successful pct either...

I believe you and I think it's decided to Blast and Cruise. I just started with a friend and we set our Cycle the same, my mistake, I need to do what's right for my Body. I do not want to be miseable after cycle, so I will go back on TRT, 200mg Test-C. So Post Cycle, just Immediatly start on TRT levels, No Break in Between?
