Just want to make sure I am understanding everything.

When you run the HCG throughout the cycle do you take 500IU's on 2 consecutive days each week or do you take 4-500IU's every 4th or 5th day?

Swale recommends stopping the HCG within 1 week after the end of the cycle. From what I have read you should start taking SERM's 5 days after last shot of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG). Now in my upcoming cycle I will be running test propionate, would this not be to long to wait to begin SERM therapy? By the time I stop HCG 1 week after cycle then wait 5 days after last HCG injection to begin nolvadex that will be a total of 12 days after last prop injection.

Would it not be better to stop HCG prior to cycle ending so that it coincides with the halflife of the prop so i can begin nolvdex 3 days after last prop injection?

Please enlighten me.

ok, run HCG every 5 days I get.

What do you mean take HCG 5 days apart, when is this, what are you referring to here?

From what I have read from alot of guys on here is to wait until 5 days after last HCG shot to begin nolvadex. Confused still?

I run HCG on saturday and sundays, 500iu's per day during the cycle. It seems to be working perfectly.

In other words keep injecting HCG until you need to start post cycle therapy (pct) so say your on Test Enan, your post cycle therapy (pct) needs to start 2 weeks after last shot so I would keep injecting every 5 days throughou the cycle and during the 2 weeks phase until I officially start my post cycle therapy (pct).
