switching from test e to to test prop?

if i switch from test e to test prop how much prop should i do and should i do it eod or e3d iv been doing 600mg of test e a week on monday i do 300 mg and friday i do 300mg

and how long should i wait after last pin of test e to do the prop thanks!

150mg eod, and you dont have to wait at all but enanthate clears after 7 days if you want to wait like 4 days before starting the prop.
