Symmetry chart for you bodybuilders

btw where do you measure your thigh at? upper at groin, mid thigh or down near the knee?

3" above the knee is what I last heard, otherwise my legs are HUGE.

3.35 for me. These charts somehow project perfection as a larger neck and calves than I have.

Im bigger than all my supposed bodyparts should be. :(
DougoeFre5h...there's hope for you bro. You ever considered a crack cycle?
It's a hell of mass wasting cycle they say! JFWU bro... :hahano: This chart is an average for BBin. The Coleman's out there are off the chart. It's an average between the Zane days and the return of the beef with Haney.

Back in the I got serious about symmetry after I wearing shorts to the gym and my training partner pointed down and asked me if that was legs or was I riding a chicken? This chart came from a BB judge at a show early 90's, but it still a good tool for some advance and all immediate and new comers in BB game.

All measuremnts are taken at the largest point of the muscle. For me that about the grion for the quads.

thats me as well. my quads taper from the groin down to the knee.
