just finished, its real clear when hot but has small bubbles in it,the clouds up as it cools is it ok?

mine did this too, just shake it up before drawing out, its ok.

Sounds like you may have gotten some air in it as you filtered. If you saw a little white foamy stuff come out as you were filtering it was probably from pusing to hard during the filtering proccess.
It won't hury your final product at all.
