T-3 Help Needed

Hi,

Im new to this forum, Ive been reading throught the steroid profiles and also the articles on here. I live in the UK and im 22 and ive been training for 12 months, in his time ive put on about a stone and a half, mostly muscle, but a fair bit of fat as well. Im looking to cut off some body fat, as no matter what I do I cant seem to shift it. Problem is I dont want to shed too much muscle in the process, as im looking to start bulking again in the next month or so. Im looking to shed about 4-6% body fat i think if that helps.

From what ive read and heard some T3 would be what I need to cut off the body fat.

Ive not been able to find any details on here though (i could be being blind) about how to take t3 (im not keen on injecting myself really - at all). Im not certain that this is what I need to take, so any advice or suggestions would be greatfull received. My appologies if this information os already written somewhere.

Also im not sure if its against the forum rules to ask where I would be able to get some from in the UK, if it is what I need...?

It is taken orally (swallowed) so no injections are necessary.

I am pretty sure that reserach-ology.com ships to the UK. Check them out. But before ordering, continue to do more research. You'll need to know a lot more before you get ready to actually use it in my opinion.
 
I would suggest working on cleaning up your diet primarily, including cardio 4+ days/wk, and a decent thermogenic.... before you take the leap towards T3.

Thanks for your comments. My diet is very good at the moment, and my fat consumption is very low. I have also cut my carbs down, and get them in early in the day, up untill lunch time at the latest.

I went for 2 months of doing 30-40 mins of cardio 4 times a week in the morning before training on my weights in the evenings and this still did very little to my body fat, hence why im looking to use the T3. I have always since I was a kid had some fat that wont shift. Before I started training on the weights and before I started going out drinking (common cause for excess body fat) I used to run for 40 mins or so 4 times a week as was still unable to shift it. A big problem I have at the moment is I dont have time to get the CV in as I work long hours.

Can you point me to a good link to read up more on the T3, as scowering through these forums Ive not been able to find a great deal. Im probably looking in the wrong place.

Is it important to do much CV when you are using it?
