Hi all I'm new here and I have a few questions. Does t3 really work? Also does eq make you gain any weight? As you can tell I'm really needing to lose some weight. I weigh about 120lbs, I'm 5'2 and I'm a 27 year old mother of two. I already started a cycle of eq , I'm in my fourth week now. My t3 hasn't arrived yet but by the end of the week it should be here. I weight train with my husband 3-4 times a week for about an hour. I work out on my treadmill for 20min. at an incline of 4 and my spped ranges from 4mph to 7mph so basically I walk, and jog for about 2 miles. I now this isn't much but i'm a first time exerciser. I'm trying a low carb diet and sticking to it ok but I do cheat now and then. Any suggestion? my goal weght is to be 105-110lbs. Can it be done? Thanks Gals
