T3 Dosing and Side Effects

So I started taking liquid T3 that I got from a friend of mine about 4 days ago. He suggested I start taking 0.5 cc in the morning for 4 weeks and then tapering off for a week.
So now it's day 4 of taking his advise of half a cc every morning... and I feel like complete crap. Now, I don't know if it is the T3 or if I'm just sick with a fever so I don't want to blame the hormones right off the bat, but I did start feeling these symptoms a day after beginning the T3 cycle. I feel very fatigued and sore. My body temperature is extremely warm and I've had a mild head ache for the last few days.
Could it be that I'm taking the wrong dosages?? Is 0.5 cc of liquid T3 too much?
Any advise would help as this is the first cycle I've tried of ANYthing.

Are you on an AAS cycle or not? What's the concentration of the T3 solution? And finally, why on earth would you take something without researching first?

I didn't realize the seriousness of the stuff until after I took it. I'm stupid, I know...
Anyways, the only thing it says on the label is: T3 (Liothyronine Sodium) 50MCG X 60 ML
So what exactly does that mean???

1cc = 1ml. So you are taking 25mcg with every dose. And you bottle has 60ml in it total.

Megatron got it, you're taking in 25mcg of T3 which is in essence just a replacement dose when your natural production shuts down since the thyroid makes around 25mcg of T3 naturally.

Then the symptoms are probably form something else..
So do you think I should take a bit more? Maybe .75 cc?

Are you taking anything else besides T3? Have you changed anything diet wise? T3 will raise your temps but I doubt cause headaches and the other stuff on its own

I don't even know what AAS is to be honest. The only thing I've ever taken was this t3 and that wasn't even a week ago.
I'm an experienced personal trainer, so I know my diet is in check. I've just never messed with any of this stuff before. But, I'm here to learn.

AAS is androgenic anabolic steroids. T3 promotes proteolysis over protein synthesis meaning it is catabolic and will break down muscle tissue when not used alongside steroids. If you're not using steroids I'd recommend coming off the T3 until you do.

I don't know enough about pro hormones besides they're just as risky as AAS so I prefer real AAS to pro hormones. Clenbuterol can help cut fat and weight in general but it will be dependent on diet. Diet is key. Maybe you could work on tweaking the diet first then possibly adding the clenbuterol. Clen has its own potential sides like any other drug so it's important to research anything before you start taking it. Post up your full stats, TDEE and BMR, and your diet broken down with total macros and calories for some diet help. I think this is the easiest and least potential for harm to you buddy

You could combine it with albuterol too to help avoid this effect.

T3 effects your SHBG as well which in turn affects your TT and E2 levels.

I don't think clen or albut would be enough to counteract the T3 catabolic effects from the what I've read. If you have some reliable info I'd be very interested in reading what you've found.

In your case I recommend armour thyroid, 2 or 3 grains a day. Any Dr will give you a script. It works great with compounded t3. Compounded t3 is slow release. Liquid is a surge of thyroid secreting hormone. Peptide t3 is trash, use cytomel in pill form if you can't get a compinding script.
