An upscale city near me always known for snobs and bleach blonds has the fastest growing "night life crime rate". Shootings and fights are now just another night.

The city is scrambling to create new laws and ordinances to combat these "subjects".

The common denominator . . . takes a rocket scientist to figure that one out.
