Teen seeking information on steroids

halfwit thanks your the only one worth talking to on this forum right now, and honestly by the time im 25 ill have a career and be done school by 21....the reason i want it now is because working out is the only thing occupying my time and some fast results would be good...walking into a room and being bigger than everyone there and people watching you and talking about you is very appealing...by 24-25 i really wont care about those things....


Good then you really don't want to cycle... Its a lifestyle not a party drug....

yea lol, i know i can get good gains in one year, i started of 165 6"1 just 2-3 weeks ago im 175 now and pretty cut just not getting the mass im looking for....but i blame ZYZZ lol
Yeah, it's hard to stay natural when bombarded with images of young guys surrounded by gorgeous women living the lifestyle many would want. Just remember what happened to Zyzz. I'm not blaming AAS, but his compulsive behavior to do some of the stuff he did on top of a heart defect could easily have been contributed to it. Another option for you two could be to hit up 3J on these forums for nutritional advice. The man is simply amazing and will easily be able to help you fine tune your diets into maximizing your gains.

im not sure how to msg people but here is my diet,

4 egg whites+1 egg whole 1/2 cup oatmeal + banna+protein powder 1 scoop (30g protein)
after workout- 8 oz steak +brown rice and olive oil
meal 3: spinch+chicken
meal 4: brocoli +chicken (8oz)
meal 5: 2x tuna sandwich (2 tuna cans)
meal 6: whole wheat pasta with 1 can of tuna+protein shake

as for supps: for now im on fish oil and protein powder getting bcaas and cretine soon

You eat that EVERY day? Looks a little light on the carbs/fats, but I'd create a thread in the diet section as that's where 3J resides. He can also be hired as a nutritionist, providing a meal plan tailored to your individual needs. His prices are pretty reasonable and I'm currently on one of his diets personally.

yea but sometimes ill get rid of the 1 can of tuna on the pasta cuz i kind of get sick of it....but yea i eat very little fats...im just trying to be cutt with muscle mass...as for the carbs i thought i was doing good, but guess ill have to reevaulate that....but ill see if i can find 3j

He's definitely worth talking to. I hear you on certain foods getting old, which is why I've found it's best to try them in different ways. For example, I can barely stand chicken breast anymore, but if I shred it - I can put it in salads/rice/chili with beans/soft tacos/etc. It's just a matter of finding a way to make it work. I didn't do a breakdown of the caloric values, it just seemed light in the carbs department as you need carbs for energy. Healthy fats are VERY important as these are what your hormones are made of and are needed to also help you feel satiated after a meal. You don't want to start eating a ton of junk fats obviously, but some are necessary. Peanut butter/avocados/nuts are great sources of fats. ;)

Good luck with whatever you two do...but def do more research in the meantime. There's a lot to learn, I'm 22 still haven't cycled bc I don't feel confident that I know all I need to know yet
 
The answers to all these questions are found in the stickies and search function. If you are incapable of helping yourself, why are you expecting anybody else to pitch in? You are too young and additionally too dense to be playing with your hormones.
