What do you guys and gals use for teeth whitening? I like the trays with the gell but what about zoom or strips?

The best and most effective teeth whitening is at the dentist. They make the custom trays for you and the jell is about 12-15%. The stuff you get at the store, especially the strips, is a waste of money.

Your best bet is to get "brite smile", takes about 2hrs and cost is $300 and you can get your teeth real white. Worth the money.

I have used Crest White strips and they work well.

I think Zoom is probably the best, but it is also expensive.
