Maybe nobody knows, hence the lack of replies. The only other thing she can do is try it and see. If she notices unwanted effects, then she should stop. That's the only thing I can say.

There are ladies who have used the creams, but whether they did that while using Anavar (var) I don't know. I've not come across it in any threads. My instinct would tell me that it's not such a great idea to use both at once. Why is she wanting to use Anavar (var) ? What are her goals exactly?? A lot of women go into using these drugs when they really don't need to, or think its a miracle cure to get lean etc..

She is a long time weight lifter and cross fit competitor, she has great muscular development but at 51 would like to try to get a little more definition, her diet is clean ( she's paleo) and works out like a beast. expectations are Anavar (var) will create denser muscles and by that allow her to burn the fat they where holding onto (recalling Supergirls Ana Anavar (var) defined sticky)

What exactly is her diet meal by meal? That's always the first place to look because she'd still need to make sure her diet is right for aas to have any visible effects (I'm sure she'd feel the effects though).

Also at 51, genetically for some people the body just doesn't quite do quite what you want. For others it doesn't matter. There are lots of factors. How many calories does she consume and what is her height, weight and current bodyfat?

That still doesn't tell me anything really. What exactly does she eat? Eg: 8am what does she eat? How much of it in grams/fat/carbs/protein. 12pm what exactly does she eat? How much etc.. And the same formula for all her meals, including drinks like tea/coffee/sodas, any milk/cream in hot beverages? Any alcohol?? Any snacks or nibbles asides from main meals. Absolutely everything that goes in her body, ends up on her body. does she do any cardio at all? If so how much and how often?? How was the body fat tested? At this point it would be easier for her to answer because she knows exactly what her regimine is. She able to say so? Having this info will help paint a better picture and steer her in the right direction.
