Now then everybody awhile back i set up a thread on my cycle which u can see in this link test-cyp-dbol-cycle
Im currently almost on week 7 so just 5 weeks left to go..
4 years lifting experience.
Height 5'10
HARD GAINER
Start weight was 72-73 kg and current weight is now a solid 80kg..
Added around and 1.5 - 2 inches to chest, arms, forearms, and waist. I have a nasty varicus vain on my left calf, managed to put just under an inch to them with very little training..
I decided to run it for 4 weeks and 40mg ed and split the test cyp 250mg on monday and thursday. While on dbol seen a definite strength increase after a few days, and gained a few pound every week but was slightly disappointed with the results i didn't seem to hold any water at all drinking a gallon and day and probably pissing it all out ha.. didn't look any bigger but as i said my weights did keep going up so stayed positive .. at the end of week 4 fresh outa dbol started to pray my weights would not drop.. 4days after my last 40mg was chest day, stuck the same weights on the bar and LIFT no strength loss bar felt bit light stuck another 5kg on happy days a nice progression..
Not getting sore after my workouts hardly anymore especially not arms but seeing as i seen my biggest increase in size on arms (2inch) i know that the age old question of 'soreness only equals a good workout?' to be busted ! chest, abs and legs i can still always manage to feel the pain the next day usually healed by the 2nd day tho.
most weight increases i have seen are in most my compound exercises, bench press (up 20kg), squats( up 35kg) and deadlift (up 60kg)..
i cant give you my work out regime because i tend to switch it up a little every week, find it easier to stay in the gym, 2 hour session in standard tho.
my metabolism is so fast taking in about 2800 kcal in real food and also drinking a 3litre of milk everyday which adds an additional 1800 easy way for me to get them proteinzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz and fats with work.
anyway ill post pics and keep updated weekly..
