Test e 250/week

Kinda?? atleast 300mg....check out the 300 vs 600mg sticky.. Why not 4 or 500mg? Pretty standard doses their.
 
Depends on several factors. Age and muscle base being the top two. I do recommend 300mgs/week, see how it goes. This isn't a race, there is always another day and another cycle.

Something to think on: the lower you start out the lower you 'll always run (or need to run).

Myself as an example I run girl mgs, jacks me up very well.

I am over 6 ft tall and weigh 127lbs.......so you know I know WTF I am talking about, pure beef right there.

smitty, i know you probably think im stalking your posts, but you are NOT ready for aas. i saw your diet, it has a lot of room for improvement. not gonna lie, you will gain a ton on test e, but you also seem like you'll lose it all pct since your diet and training are still in the progress of becoming great. wait for 3j to critique your diet, see what he says and try his suggestions for awhile before starting. trying to help you out here, its not about age, its about readiness, and you aren't ready.
