Test E cycle gone wrong

I had started a 12 week test e cycle 8 weeks ago, 500 mg a week with 2 shots per week, and have not seen any significant results. I have gone up 4 or 5 pounds, bench has maybe gone up 10 or 15 pounds, really look the same. These gains probably just come from me eating about 4500 cals and 400 grams of protein a day, while training five days a week for the past 2 months. I know what the obvious answer is, my test e is bunk. However, while I keep thinking that its very hard to believe as the vials are from a pharmacy. I do not understand how this is possible, so maybe I am doing something wrong while injecting? Here's my process,

1 inch 25 g needle
flex quad to find where a big muscle is
relax that area and sanitize it
relax leg, inject, push down on plunger slowly
pull out slowly and put pressure on area with wipe

It is possible that I do push down a little to quickly sometimes, and I have noticed a little leakage as I'm pinning. I try to keep my leg as relaxed as possible, and my friend told me that the oil coming out could be oil from my muscle. Not sure about that one, but anyways just really not sure as to what is going on and really frustrated it.

I realize that it can take about 6-8 weeks to kick in, but I have literally had no results at all and I am about to be entering week 9. Have no agression, vascularity, euphoria, only side effect I have is a little bit of the boys shrinkage, but for some reason those have come back to normal in the last week. Like I said really frustrated about the whole thing and looking for any help I can get. Really am lost here.

I wouldn't say it is bunk gear unless you've had bloods drawn. I have a hard time believing you're taking in 4500 calories a day. If you don't mind give us a rundown of your diet.

Oh dear, I promise you that you don't have "muscle oils". It is just some of the oil you injected being pressed back out through a newly created gap in your dermis/subcutaneous layer. Applying pressure as you're doing is probably the best thing you can do aside from leaving the needle in for 20-30 seconds after it's empty. It's not enough oil to matter either way. :)

As the others stated, the only way to know is to get bloodwork which for 50 bucks is a pretty good deal if you ask me. Given your testes have shrunk, that's actually a good sign you're getting *some* test into you. You won't feel euphoria from test, just maybe a sense of confidence/well-being imo. 4500 calories and 400 grams of protein is a lot to scarf down, I too am curious if that's a guess or if you actually are consuming that much.

I Understand why it is hard to believe, but I really do take in that much just because I've been doing everything I can to add mass. Before my cycle I got up to 240lbs and hit a plateau. Not the cleanest diet but it is as follows:

Meal 1: 6 eggs, 1 slice of cheese, 1 cup greek yogurt
Meal 2: 1 cup raw oats, 2 tbsp natural pb
Meal 3:5 oz. grilled chicken breast
Meal 4: 1 scoop whey before workout
Meal 5: 1 scoop whey with glyco maize post workout
Meal 6:10 oz grilled chicken breast, spinach leaves
Meal 7: Can of tuna
Meal 8: Casein shake before bed

Now, go ahead and judge me but like I said I've been trying everything for gains lately, so throughout the day I also take the famous "Russian Bear" 3 scoops of that mixed with a half gallon of milk. Sounds ridiculous but like I said, desperate. This plan actually was working great for me and then like I said I hit my plateau. Really did not adjust my diet when I started the cycle as I figured I was already taking in plenty.

That diet is no where near 4500 cals man. It looks closer to 2000 and im not exagerating. I eat way more for each pf my 7 meals and im only at 3600 cal, 360g protein 290g carbs and 110g fat...

That doesn't seem anywhere near 4500 calories.

Even adding that can of tuna as meal 7 is only an exta 100-200 cals man, you have a long way to go as far as diet is concerned. The diet forum has a lot of smart bros. 3J can hook u up with a solid meal plan...

In my opinion, and that's all it is, you need to work on your diet. From the look of it you only eat 3 meals a day and the rest comes from shakes. Everyone is different, but I can't absorb 100+g of protein at one time. On cycle you may be able to with the increased protein synthesis. I think there is someone on this board who works out diets so you may want to try and get intouch with them.

As far as your gear problem get some labs done and see where you are.

Nobody is judging you, we're just presenting you what we see to be possible culprits here. Many of us don't ever count our calories, so I know how easy it is to misjudge the amount. If it weren't for 3J teaching me how to eat properly, I'd still be short-changing myself with my old crappy diet that was keeping me in starvation mode!
This is not to show disrespect, but I quickly looked these up and while I guessed on certain brands, the numbers should be pretty close. Again, I still think you should get a blood test to confirm if your test is bunk (It probably is at 8 weeks if you don't notice ANYTHING different).

1) eggs = ~50 cal each + 80 for cheese + 160 = 540
2) 311 + 188 = 499 cals
3) 260 cals
4) 110 (powder) + 160 milk (0 for water) = 270cals
5) 270 (shake) + 140 for glycomaize = 410 cals
6) 520 cals (chicken) + 7 for spinach = 527 cals
7) 120+160 (milk) = 280 cals
Grand total-------------------------- 2,786 calories.

This would be good, if you were a female.

Here is how a basic mass plans should look like

Meal 1:Protein Shake(replacement meal kind)
Meal 2:8oz meat, 8oz carbs, 4oz veggies
Meal 3:Protein Shake
Meal 4:Same as meal 2
Meal 5:4oz of meat 4oz of carbs 2oz of veggies(this is like a pre workout meal)
Meal 6:Post workout protein shake
Meal 7:10oz of meat, 8oz of carbs 6oz of veggies

There is what I basically eat everyday and what has been working for me.

Your meal plan does not have enough carbs. Contrary to what many say, you need carbs to gain mass, protien alone will not do it. You need pure carbs like Rice or Potatoes. Oh and dude, do not take Russian Bear 5000 unless you are entering a power lifting competition. That will only make you fat

Carbs are essential to a bodybuilder who is looking to put on mass. Carbs are a main fuel source for the body and also provides a protein sparing effect. Consuming a 2:1 ratio of carbs to protein each day will ensure you get maximum efficiency from the protein that you ingest by allowing the carbs to be digested and processed as a fuel, while using a higher percentage of protein for repair and growth. When it comes time to get ripped, whether it be for a competition or for the beach, you have to reduce your fat and carb intake. This forces the body to burn your valuable protein for fuel and if there isn't enough free protein in your system, the body will begin to cannibalize itself for energy.

Sweet potatoes, brown rice, oat meal, are the obvious carbs and also asparagus, it is great source of carbs and it is loaded with protein...it is a super food.

Never would replace post workout meal w/ a shake! Maybe add a shake to the meal...

I agree diet needs work, like I said it did work for me and got me up to what I am now. Definitely will work on that, but yeah looks like bloodwork is the only way to tell. One last question, is it possible for a vial to just go bad? I am about through 2 vials now, and things were actually lookin positive through my first one. Maybe it was because I was more optimistic, but like I said my testes did shrink and now they are back to normal. My concern is that the first vial was legit, second has been garbage, and so I basically just ran a 5 week cycle and this last 3 or 4 weeks ive been shooting bad gear.
