Hey guys I got a quick question for myself. I'm running test e at 250mg twice a week. I'm bulking this cycle but I ran into a problem. I'm eating 3500 calories a day but only 2 days ago I dropped it to 3000 to clean it up a little bit. The problem is that I'm stuck at 195 pounds give or take and I can't seem to move up. The question is should I up my calories to 4000 or higher. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
