Methodology

I am banned!
Thought I would get posting another log, its nice being able to have a something to write about your cycle and how your training/diet is going. Especially more feed for the newbies.

Stats:

27 6'4" 185lbs 8% BF

Several years of different types of training (strength, power cardio, circuit training, power lifting (legs)).

Currently work out 3-4 times/week on a 7-day workout routine, plan on jumping right into a 7 day/week routine in a few days to get it started with pre-cycle bulking coming off a 1.5 month cut.

Diet and training couldn't be anymore on point, I am currently managing my weight/muscle with FOOD, one thing most people can't do, eating healthy, pounding the protein down, limiting the nasty carbs, and eating the good ones. I plan on going on a 40/40/20 diet, but most of all just try to eat as much as possible, and otherwise forcing the necessary amount of shakes/meal bars down to add that little extra protein in. My plan on being cut up pre-cycle was that if there was any problem in my diet, it wouldn't really matter just as long as I ate.

Working isolated muscles groups for the first time on a routine, I'm currently doing a 3-set downhill circuit workout with minimal rest in between workouts, starting from high weight/low reps, going down to low weight/high reps, at 3 sets I can really feel it afterwards without it taking up too much time. On cycle, I plan on adding 2 sets, making it a down/up hill circuit going from high intensity-> low intensity-> high intensity, need be if I feel like I can do more, or hell just if I want to work out more. Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Biceps, Abdominals/Obliques, Legs, Back. My job consists of a lot of walking so I limit my Leg routine to one day since I walk like an old man the day after.

Cycle:

1-12 300mg Test Ethanate (Wed/Sun)
1-4(6) Dbol 30mg (10/10/10 4h apart)
1-4(6) Liver Stabil
1-12 0.5(0.25) Arimidex EOD as needed

PCT
14-18 Clomid
14-18 Torem (if necessary)


This is basically my cycle, it is my "first" cycle since people don't seem to count orals as cycles, I got HCG onhand for pre-PCT if its gonna be necessary, as well I got Anavar for end cycle, but its just a maybe if the BF gets too high. Don't start for about at least another month, so I can bulk up real nice and walk into this nice and ready.
 
Hi again, I'm hopefully going to be running my cycle as planning in the next two weeks, just wanted to throw my diet plan in and my workout routine.

My diet is hard to grasp, I work both days/evenings, so during the day my nutrition is 100% solid, at night its a little iffy, but I've found a way to make it work. I basically planned to shoot for 30g of protein (minimum) per meal, at 3 meals and 2 snacks/day, so over the course of the day I will get a minimum of 150g of protein/day from whole foods, with my 60g (40g protein isolates/20g protein milk) PW shake, then my bulk protein shake that I split in half (80g protein, 180g complex carbs, 1500 cals, and a slew of other yummy additives; 20g protein isolates with 20g of milk protein/shake), I will hit a bare minimum in terms of protein at 290g/day. On my last cycle, Helladrol, I basically hit all my nutrition macros, except protein, I just couldn't get it all in, hoping around this time I will just suffer it all down, so I can really break past the 190lb plateau. In general I'm going to aim for 400g protein/400g carbs/200g fat (basically switching from skim milk to 2% will add a nice chunk of that fat, since I drink 2L per day).

In terms of training, I'm really happy with how this plan is structured, I can work out everyday, for 15-45 min, and basically get a serious burn on any body part that I'm working, and the next day I'm sore as fuck (in the good way), even though I don't spend that much time working out.

I dont think youll have a problem getting all your protein in when your dbol and test kick in. I cant eat enough personally since my test kicked in. Good to see you have your diet in line. Usually mistake number 1 for most

I find that when I get to a certain point my body rejects protein, but I assume the Dbol/Test will increase my hunger a little bit (hopefully***).
 
3rd day now, workouts have been going so good that I added a 4th and 5th set to my daily circuit, except Back day, I've had unrelated injuries so I want to take it easy, but wow, I totally feel placebo effect 100%, I know it won't hit me by yet, but I already feel like I can go a few extra rounds, and I actually look forward to my workouts, as opposed to "needing" to workout, I just can't wait to finish work and hit the weights.

Honestly, first pin sucked, I was under a lot of pressure, heart racing, was like, "am I really going to do this?", then jabbed it into my calf, aspirated, then plunged it. I must have done it too fast, and probably should have held it under my armpit for 5 mins (so I have read), there was absolutely no pip for the first 6-8h, by the time I went to bed, it was in god awful pain. When I woke up the next morning, I couldn't even walk, and had to go to work, so cripple-walked my way to work, it was in incredible pain up until a few hours ago, I can't imagine having to bear that for the next 3 months, otherwise I'm going to try my quad next, then my bicep.

I was 178lbs when I started on Wednesday the 20th, and I'm already up to 185lbs. Its crazy because when I ran Helladrol 6 months ago, I started at 150/155lbs, last day of my cycle, I was topping at 188lbs, of the 33/38lbs of mass I gained, I managed to stay around 175lbs, on a "strength" cycle, I managed to keep 20lbs+ of mass (mostly in my legs), and my training was half decent and same with my diet, they both could have been way better like now. It was basically why I was excited to run this cycle, I know a majority of the weight is going to be water weight, but I could actually be confident and say I could easily break 210lbs post cycle with my extensive training and if I can continue to pound the food in.

Anyone have any tips on how I could make the PIP less painful? I'm running AML Test E 300mg E4D/Dbol 40mg ED
 
Pinned my other calf yesterday; I couldn't for the life of me pin my quads, I just could not get the needle into my leg, I tried over 5 times it would halfway in and then stop and not go in no matter how hard I pressed; it does and doesn't hurt as much as my other leg, its like they take turns being in excrutiating pain, will try my quads again, but its ridiculous not being able to get it to jab in, I broke 2 thresholds in my calf yesterday, it felt so weird puncturing the skin, then puncturing the muscle inside my leg slightly after.
 
PIP definitely never gets any better. Pinned my delts this time, went in flawlessly and painlessly, I could feel the oil down in my wrist when it was going in, its kind of a crippling feeling, I noticed if you flex while injecting you get a paralysis feeling in the muscle. Training is going good, the 4th and 5th sets really feel like I'm lifting twice as much weight, and I can already see a difference that I never really saw until my 5th week on a PH cyclr, its only been a week, and I am much more irritable, much more sweaty, and can eat 100g of protein in a meal and still be hungry.
 
192lbs, not even 2 weeks in. I can't wait for the dbol/test e water weight to sink in, I don't even look that different honestly, I'm up 14lbs, and look exactly the same. Have yet to experience any side effects other than viscious poppers headaches, no real notable increases in strength, no bloating, no Aromatase inhibitor (AI) related side effects, I do however how spot injection pain, redness, and minor swelling, but I think that is due to the humungous 20G pins I have been using. I have figured my end cycle to the key, I'm not sure as to if I am going to run Anavar or not, I have a bottle, but will need at least 2 more bottles, if I'm going to run it for 6-8 weeks at 80mg ED.

My training schedule is going to have to take a little more work, if I plan to work out ED; I have dedicated my Day 7 to either a Ab/Oblique workout, or a day off/cheat day; I have missed about 3 workouts out of 13 possible workout days so far (day 13 so far), which were due to stress, not getting enough sleep, and not knowing the best time to eat my final meal of the day. So far so good, I have kept it on the DL so far, when/if my gf finds out that I'm on testosterone, its going to be a fun time for me lol.
 
Yay, pinned my quad successfully today, it was like a dream come true when there was no blood aspiration, no more painful calf shots. Z-track method is the bomb.
 
Day 16 - Up 20lbs already, incredible. I weighed in at 197.5lbs, my morning/evening shakes are unbearably difficult to drink now, its literally like my body is rejecting it as I drink it down, but in reality after putting on 20lbs, I really don't look or even feel that different, I still have 11 weeks of ample muscle growth before my pct (9 with test), I'm definitely going to put on some serious size in the next few months.
 
Wrapping up week 5, I've been trying to update on my phone but it always glitches out and deletes all my notes, I get pissed off, then just go to the anabolic section. Dropped dbol and lost about 12lbs of weight, about 190 now, but look surprisingly lean, almost like I didn't even put on 12lbs, my diet has been shit this last week, its hard when you have someone continuously stretching out everyday, and when I spend almost no time at home, plus my buddy dropped 80lbs on my ankle, basically crippling me, its not debilitating, but it hurts like a motherfucker at the most unconvienient times. I lost about a week of training, trained 4 times in the last 2 weeks, I did however feel great on my last week of dbol despite the absence of working out, happy about the fact that Anavar (var) will give me an extra two weeks of training, leaving me with 9 more weeks of gains. Got a 5th week progress pic.

I swear its not the best pic, but its incredibly hard for me to take pictures with my phone camera, post workout, my traps are huge, my chest is pumping, and my bis are fuming, and I'm shakier than Michael J. Fox, then when I finally pull off a real picture I look like a pre pubescent teen fuck. This pic has 4x zoom on it too, and I'm standing right in front of the mirror, idk why they make phone cameras ultra zoomed out.
 
Is anybody gone say something here. Guess ill be the first. Bra, I'm 6'4 and 205. I'm 230 when running a cycle. Thats my comfort zone. i feel like a punk at 205. Been 7 months since post cycle therapy (pct). currently working with 3j because I know I can weigh more if my diet was better. What I'm getting to is you say your diet is on point (like everybody says) but at 185lbs and as tall as me your not eating bud. It's to late but I would have researched and worked a little harder before running gear. I'm sure if you post your diet for us to see someone on here that knows more about nutrition than me will help you out. Good luck

I was off bad for my last week, my diet went to shit, wasn't taking my vitamins, dropped all the dbol water weight, its not an excuse, but I'm back on track.

I killed it today, increased my weights, was literally bloodlusting, even more than usual. I've considered dieting with 3J but I work at camps and the food here is not the best, and I make due with what I have to work with, as well, as much as I would appreciate his advice, I need to learn on my own to feed myself properly, if I don't then I won't make that great of a personal trainer if I don't know how to diet. I got some better pics today.

I'm bordering 190 right now, that last week hit me hard, I have to stay true and force down my morning/night shakes, I notice when I even miss one, I risk losing a pound of hard earned mass.

Scale read me at 197lbs today (that's with a light hoodie, shorts, and vibrams on), so I should be around 194lbs, I'm starting to feel big like I did on dbol, but without the water weight size, its crazy how much of a difference you can see in a few days, I was all depressed and looking wimpy a few days ago, just back on a solid 3 meal day and I'm looking beefy again, its a huge confidence boost to break my weight limits without looking like a fat piece of shit in the process, I still have 5 and half weeks of test left, and gonna start my ana Anavar (var) at the 4 week point.

I have 45 days @ 80mg of Ana Anavar (var) , was planning on taking the first 40mg in the morning, then the next 40mg 6-8h later, since the half life is around 8-12h, it will be easy to have a steady dose, and stacked with test I will be able to add a little extra LBM right at that crucial point end cycle. Since I got an extra 3 days of Anavar (var) that I know I won't use, I'm going to run 100mg ED for the last 12 days prior to my post cycle therapy (pct), so around this time I will be off the Test Stack Ana Anavar (var) Bulk, and I will be dropping the water weight from the enanthate, and stiffing up real nice for post cycle therapy (pct). I think that if I walk into my post cycle therapy (pct) with a fairly low bf, I should be able to walk away with almost all my gains, its funny to think that I'm not even at the halfway point, and have gained a decent amount of size.

I have determined bicep day is destruction day, its the only day I really really push myself, 45>40>35>40>45lbs in a 5 set circuit set is brutal. I feel weak up until the 3rd set, iits when I break a sweat that I really feel the test kick in, my biceps just gorge in size, almost disgustingly popping out of my arm, as I hulk smash the reps.
