Test e/deca cycle

Hey all, new to site. Been trying to get big for a while now and I finally found the answer lol;

My first cycle was 100mg test p eod for 11 weeks. Took before and after pics and didn't realize how good my gains were until I put them next to eachother. My pct didn't go as planned I only was able to get 2 weeks in of clomid and ran out and ran into some big problems with my supplier. Has nolvadex on hand incase of the gyno symptoms but never was needed. Realt pissed off cos I have unfortunately seendrops in my lifting and weight maybe more than I would have gotten from a proper post cycle therapy (pct). So to the point!

Second cycle I'm thinking is going to be as followed:
Wk 1-10 400mg deca/wk
Wk 1-12 600mg test e/wk
Wk 14-18+ clomid, nolva, (should I get some hcg as well?)

I'm 20, 6'-2" 185 lbs (was up at 195) and eat like a horse, 2 protein shakes a day, and jack3d for pre workout.

Let me know if I should make some changes to my cycle or any tips!!

You probably won't get much advice because it's really not advised to use until about 25. What you planned looks fine and pct is as if not more important than the cycle. If I were you I would continue natural for a while longer which will benefit you in the long run.

I won't cycle without hcg. Nolva is for pct not on cycle estro control. Even though it will block estro at the receptor in breast tissue it will do nothing to reduce estro. An Aromatase inhibitor (AI) (aromatase inhibitor) like aromisin or adex is used from that.
 
Your probably right that I should stick to natural but unfortunately it's not gonna happen. I appreciate your input a lot. I'll be sure to use hcg in pct a d I couldn't agree more that pct is of extreme importance in a cycle. Also will make sure to have adex on hand. What do u recommend for dosages in my pct?
 
2 Shakes a day, that's it? Man you can gain a lot natural if you know what to eat..
If you can get your diet locked in and gain natural, just imagine what you can do when you keep to that diet and start a cycle.
 
2 shakes a day not enough!? Even just with 2 a day I get tons of gas and I heard that's from too much protein. I have huge full breakfast every morning and fruits and meat for lunch, yogurts and bars throughout the day and then some sort of big dinner whether ot be pasta or chicken or beef or pork, always one of the above. I put on about 20lbs just from the test p cycle.

There are ton of sides to working out and farts is one that I actually like. You know there is nothing better than crop dusting people in the gym. You know the people who use 5 things at once and then stand there and BS.
 
Lol I guess Matthew. Ya agreed I think there are many worse side effects than gassing people out. I have a home gym, sik setup in my basement, so I don't have to worry about smoking people out at the gym. So should I up it to 3 shakes a day? I have the myofusion protein.
 
6'2 and 185. You absolutely need to start with your diet. I'd doubt the drop in weight had much to do with yOur post cycle therapy (pct). More likely your diet or lack there of. At your height you should have no problem hitting 200 with 6 months solid bulking diet. Specially at your age. If you don't have all your ducks at least mostly in a row I would guarantee the exact same thing to happen as did on your last cycle. But doubt you'll listen so good luck with your cycle :p
 
You are 20 man so I am not gonna give you much cycle advise, not to be a dick. Its just not a good idea at your age.

As far as supps and diet there are lots of factors.
Since I have no idea how your body is or what your goals are I will just tell you what works for me.

I did a cycle at 21 (I was 6'3 -175lbs) and didn't pay attention of diet. I did 400mg test 300mg Deca. I gained 12 pounds in a 8 week period. You could say I wasted my money...
This experience with a cycle I lost my drive for gear and the gym.

At 25 I decided to get back to working out.
This time I wanted to do it right. I bought supps at a local bodybuilding pro shop (not some fat guy at GNC telling me this is what he uses).
I got to be friends with the owner and he asked if I wanted to pay $100 and do a "goal" comp. They worked up a workout plan and a diet chart for each person.
It was for a 4 month period.
I got second place, some fat chick beat me out by throwing up after she ate.

I started 6'3 - 185lbs and 4 months later 225lbs - 11%bf. No gear...

I do cycle now, but I am not 21 anymore and know a lot more about diet.
Depends on what I am on. Sometimes 6'3 - 242lbs - 11%bf.
I usually sit at 230/235 - 8/9%bf. (and I still feel skinny...)

The key man is diet, either on a cycle or not.

Stay away from a cycle at 20. Dial in your diet, gain some lbs natural and gain a foundation before a cycle. It will pay off in the long run.

Now with that said, give me your gear since you won't need it...

Lol I haven't bought I yet but I appreciate the advice. U seem to have lots of knowledge about this so what kinds of things should I be eating and how much? I realize this is steroidology and not Dietologoy but I'd love the input.
 
You could try 300 protein - 300/400 carbs and 4000/5000 calories. See where it gets you. If I am loading I eat every 3 hours and eat whatever I want, just get your intake. Of of course works for me. You will have to find out what works for you.

Take a good weight gainer not just protein. BSN/True mass is good.

I used to eat 5 table spoons of Almond Butter 100% natural (find it in the peanut butter isle) and one green apple between my big meals.

I always liked a protein shake with 10mg glutamine powder mixed in and eat a big banana right after the gym.

At night before bed I would slam a propeptide protein shake.

Try to get 3 to 4 shakes a day.

Here is a freebee. Use a vanilla weight gainer and mix it with 12-16oz Orange Gatorade.

You could always try creatine as well. I like using creatine at all times. I wouldn't worry about cycling creatine, just put it into your shakes 2 times a day.

This works for and may not work as well for you. But you will find out where your balance is.
