Test E First Cylce

I have been researching steroids for awhile, and believe I understand and I think I have the basic knowledge to consider doing a ‘first cycle’. Just have a few questions.

Stats:
23 Years Old
190 pounds
5’7”

Lifted heavy since 16 and always used supplements.

Bench: 335 lbs (1 rep)
Dead: 455 lbs (1 rep)
Squat: 415 lbs (1 rep) Terribad

Diet: I eat a healthy clean diet, 3-5 meals a day.
Chicken, Tilapia, Pork, Salmon, Brown Rice etc…

1.5/2 grams per pound of body weight
2.5 grams of carbohydrates per pound of body weight.

Cycle:
week 1 250mg test e Monday/Thursday
week 2 250mg test e Monday/Thursday
week 3 250mg test e Monday/Thursday
week 4 250mg test e Monday/Thursday
week 5 250mg test e Monday/Thursday
week 6 250mg test e Monday/Thursday
week 7 250mg test e Monday/Thursday
week 8 250mg test e Monday/Thursday
week 9 250mg test e Monday/Thursday
week 10 250mg test e Monday/Thursday

Nolvadex: 20mg ED

clomid Therapy: will start 2 weeks after my last shot
and will go like this

I will be taking Nolvadex at 20mg ED from the day i start the cycle. I am aware that some people will only start to take Nolvadex if gyno issues occur, and begin to take it when they start PCT due to the fact that your estrogen levels are higher than testosterone levels because the injected testosterone is wearing off. This method in theory sound plausible, but as its my first cycle i don’t want to take the chance, and Nolvadex is cheap. I will carry this on till the end of my PCT.

Gyno: If gyno symptoms occur while on 20mg of Nolvadex ED, i will up the dosage to 30mg ED. If it persists I will up it to 40mg ED. Hopefully this will not happen and 20mg is sufficient for the whole of the cycle and PCT.

Injection sites. will rotate from right quad to left quad, to right glute to left glute.

Aborting the cycle: if I have to abort the cycle for a reason (hopefully not) after injection number ‘X’, I will wait 2 weeks for the Testosterone level to drop, Then carry on to PCT procedure as normal. During this time I will take Nolvadex at my current dosage till the end of PCT every day.

I'd look into an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to run on cycle instead of Nolva...I'd also run clomid at 50mgs for 4 weeks...your dosage is way too high.

What Aromatase inhibitor (AI) would you recomend? what are you using

Aromasin appears to be the favorite among many, but Arimidex is popular as well and usually cheaper.

To be clear, it is 12.5mg ED for Aromasin.

If you chose Arimidex, it would be .5mg or 1mg EOD.
