Thank you... I just started a new tattoo, my next set of progress pics will show the outline we just completed last night on 3/10/12.

I dropped another 2% bf from last month; i am slowly getting closer to one of my goals. My next official Weigh in, measurements, and bf % will be taken on 3/14/12 when I meet up with my trainer. I am recovering from a shoulder/rotator injury and was sick for 3 weeks
But I stayed consistent with my diet and weight training (just couldn't run 4-5 times a week)
