I plan on taking 250mg monday and 250 mg thursday.
I was wondering what I should do for post cycle therapy (pct).
Also Do i HAVE to take something for the anti estrogen, if so what?

i think your too young..............need to get training, diet and supps down pat right now............if your not growing im sure thats the issue............how long have you been training? whats your routine like?
