2 needle marks would be common with home brew. One for filtering and one for pressure release. But its not capped right so i would not touch it.

Well there aren't any pin holes in the stopper for one.

And also I've seen the guy it came from and he's def on gear. Also, I know two people who are currently using it and are getting results.

Idk... Torn on what to do.

If you trust where it came from do it up. It's obviously just home brew stuff. You know other people are using it and they are getting results. Who gives a fuck if it has a safety cap on it? In my opinion some of the better gear will come from small/home brew setups opposed to big name ugls. But that's just my opinion and does not appear to be the majority in this case. So make you own decision. Hope it works out for you! Good luck with your cycle.
