Test Prop, Anavar cycle ending

Just finishing my prop/var cycle, used adex as my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and 250iu Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 2x week. I understand I start my nolva/clomid pct 3 days after last pin? When should I stop the adex and Anavar (var)? when should I do my last Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) shot? thx in advance for any help.

That's for test e or c he's runnin prop. It's a shorter ester. I believe it's like 3-7 days later
