Test Prop and E question?

Say you had enough test p for 12 weeks at 350 mg a week but wanted to run test at 500 or a little over mg a week. and you had a enough test e to run at 200 mg a week for 12 weeks so if you ran test p and e together once the e kicked in a little later it would be 550 mg a week. would it matter running two different esters of test at the same time?
