Hey I am running my first cycle of AAS. I'm running 100mg of test prop EOD. I am also taking fish oil, milk thistle and a one a day. I have nolvadex for post cycle therapy (pct). My question is how many times per week should I hit each muscle while on cycle? I usually hit each muscle one time per week besides abs and destroy it while I'm in the gym since
