Test Prop/Tren ace/Winny cycle and pct...feedback appreciated

Hello all,

Stats:
5ft 7inch*
185lbs
18%body fat
36 years old

I have ran a good bit of test and tren cycles amongst others and have my diet on point but I want to get some feeback on the cycle and pct that I have planned. Thanks in advance!

Weeks 1-14 Test Prop 100mg eod
Weeks 1-10 Tren Ace 75mg eod
Weeks 7-14 Winny 50mg ed
Weeks 2-10 Dostinex (Caber) 0.5mg e3rd or 2x week
Weeks 1-14 Hcg 500iu 2x per week till 4 days before pct
Weeks 1-14 Aromasin 12.5mg eod
Weeks 1-14 T3 25mcg ed
Pct (4 days after last test prop shot)
Clomid 100/50/50/50
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20
Aromasin 12.5 mg for 35 days

Also what does everyone recommend for liver protection? anything worth a crap?
 
Nac works good for liver. Aromasin doesn't belong in pct, just serms. With prop, you may want to wait 5-7 days to start pct. Have you ran aromasin eod in previous cycles? Are you sure your diet in on point? Your stats that you listed say otherwise...

I was bulking up....lol time to get back to work but you can critique all you want on my diet if you see fit.....here is what it will consist of...

Diet:
Breakfast:
5 jumbo eggs
Oatmeal
Orange
1/2 avocado
1000 calories, 50g protein, 106 carbs, 52g fat

Mid-morning snack:
2 hard boiled eggs
1 scoop whey protein*
4tbsp jelly
2 slices whole grain bread
630 calories, 45g protein, 75 carbs, 8g fat

Lunch:
8oz salmon
1 cup salad
2tbsp dressing
610 calories, 50g protein, 10g carbs, 42g fat

Preworkout:
1 scoop whey protein
1 scoop casein protein
50g table sugar
450 calories, 50g protein, 55gcarb, 2g fat

Post workout:
1 scoop soy protein*
1/2 scoop whey protein*
1 scoop casein protein
50g table sugar
510 calories, 65g protein, 55g carbs, 3g fat

Dinner:
5oz tilapia
8oz chicken/turkey/or beef
1 cup mixed veggies
1 yam
750 calories, 75g protein, 57g carbs, 26g fat

Late night snack:
2 whole eggs
1 peach
1 scoop of casein protein
350 calories, 45 g protein, 18g carbs, 13g fat

Daily totals:
4400 calories, 370g protein, 375g carbs, 145g fat
 
What he said, I would try to drop the BF% though to 12 if you can before you start. And I'd prob drop the winny, dry out your joints. Try to get var instead or mast. But if you have it, and want to run it, then go ahead.

This ^^^ very good info. I have a lot of experience with Winstrol in my Comp days. Until you get your muscle mass at a state that makes you happy no need for Winstrol. Winstrol does not help you loose that BF% it deals mostly with water. Your are not ready for the Winstrol inmo, waist of money and expectancy.

BF% is all about diet!
